Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fulltrolley ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit this website, contact us or work with us on a project. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Data we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, company name and the details of your enquiry when you use the consultation form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Project information — information you share with us during a consultation or project, such as business processes, requirements and contact details of your team.
- Technical data — basic information sent by your browser when you visit the site (for example IP address, browser type and pages visited), recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and project agreements.
- To deliver, support and maintain the software we build for you.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
3. Who we share it with
We only share personal data where it is needed to provide our services, with:
- service providers that host this website, process form submissions, or provide email and messaging (for example our web host and WhatsApp);
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality;
- authorities, where we are required to by law.
Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
4. Data inside the systems we build
When we build or maintain an application for you, the data stored in that application (for example your customers', patients' or staff records) belongs to you. We access it only to develop, deploy, support and maintain the system as agreed in the project agreement, and we keep it confidential.
5. Retention & security
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project data for as long as our agreement with you and our legal obligations require. We protect personal data with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access control and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
6. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
- correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- stop using your personal data (withdraw consent), or delete it where we no longer need to keep it.
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services to you.
